Our first development project was an 80 unit affordable housing project built in 1995.  Resident Services provided by the CDC, offer a wide variety of on-going programs and resources to encourage and support “Self Sufficiency”.

Yaquina Breeze Apartments, Newport

In 2002, the CDC, in conjunction with Lincoln County Mental Health, completed construction of a nine unit complex to serve persons with mental disabilities.  Yaquina Breeze won the 2004 Excellence in Housing Award “Special Needs Housing – Small Developments” from the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department.

Alder Hill Group Home, Toledo

In 2005, the CDC, completed construction of a Group Home for people with developmental disabilities. Alder Hill Group Home is leased and managed by the Shangri-La Corporation.
